The Jazz Conception Company has gone to great lengths to ensure that operation of our iPad app and/or using our web-based streaming incorporates state-of-the-art technology that is as reliable as possible. However, it is important to consider that we must rely on a number of variables related to internet-based services that are beyond our control, including user internet capabilities (the biggest variable), user computer capabilities and network outages.
That being said, we want our users to be satisfied with both course content and technology allowing the course to operate. We will consider refunds on a case by case basis to determine if the problem and/or dissatisfaction a user has encountered warrants a refund. We pledge that we will be fair-minded and err on the side of the user when it is not entirely clear why a problem has raised triggering the refund request. If we determine that a refund is warranted, the user will be refunded the entire yearly subscription fee.
